How Is Your Child Doing?
Oregon Families can find out with OSP!
Parents (or caregivers with parent permission) can use our FREE online tool to check their child’s early development and social-emotional development.
For children 1 month to 6 years old.
What is OSP?
This parent-driven website makes it easy for Oregon families to check their child's early development anytime with privacy and confidentiality. Oregon Screening Project (OSP) was developed to increase the ways parents can participate in early developmental screening in Oregon.
OSP offers the parent-completed Ages & Stages Questionnaires®, Third Edition (ASQ-3™) and Ages & Stages Questionnaires®:Social Emotional, Second Edition (ASQ:SE-2™) to learn more about a child's development between the ages of 1 month and 6 years. The results let parents know if a child's development is on schedule or if parent support or early education services may be needed.
It's As Easy As
- Enter your child's age to view available questionnaires.
- Answer simple questions about skills your child can do.
- Email or download your child's summaries and next step recommendations.
And it's Free!
